Designed a Cybersecurity Training Platform from Nothing

4ARMED came to us with a concept and not much else. They wanted a platform where cybersecurity professionals could practice real-world skills through hands-on labs. There was no existing design, no defined flows, nothing to build on. We ran through discovery, user research, wireframes, and design exploration before landing on a UI that was clean, focused, and easy to navigate. Gamification was built into the experience from the start, giving users XP, ranks, and badges to keep them motivated and coming back.
