Designing an AI Companion for Patients, From Diagnosis to Discharge

Bast builds custom AI platforms for businesses. We designed the Bast app and built its frontend, starting with a journey for patients facing a life-changing diagnosis. The app guides them through each stage, from pre-admission and arrival to rehabilitation and discharge. Along the way it offers checklists, questions to ask each specialist, and an AI chat that answers questions about their treatment. Patients can also record conversations and get to know their care team before they meet.
