Redesigning a Dental App Around Easy Booking

Clove runs several dental clinics in California and needed an app that lets patients book onsite or virtual appointments online. The existing app made booking, its key feature, hard to figure out, and did not reflect the clinic's brand. We moved from discovery and user research into wireframes, three concepts, UI design and a design system. The redesign pre-selects common booking choices, keeps appointments, treatments and prescriptions in one place, and gives doctors a schedule view for virtual visits.
