Zian AI gives businesses voice and SMS agents that reach out to leads, follow up and book appointments. The product had to make a lot of automation easy to run: call and SMS campaigns, multi-step text sequences, and analytics that show which conversations turn into bookings. We designed the platform and built it on the MEVN stack, from agent setup and the SMS sequence builder with split testing to the call and SMS dashboards.
