Redesigning a Complex Security Platform

Rilevera came to us with a powerful product and an interface that hadn't caught up to it. Enterprise security teams were navigating a dense, technically rich web app without the clarity or structure they needed to move fast. Our job was to close that gap. Working in weekly sprints, we begin each cycle with a planning call to align on priorities, dig into user goals, and identify where friction lives. From there we design, iterate async on Slack, and refine until each feature is ready to ship, building and maintaining a design system throughout to keep everything consistent and scalable.
