Designing an AI Operating System for Lawyers

Irys came to us with a bold vision, an AI-powered operating system purpose-built for legal professionals. The challenge was translating that complexity into an experience lawyers would actually want to use every day. Dense workflows, matter management, and AI-assisted research all had to feel intuitive without losing depth. Working in weekly sprints, we kick off each cycle with a planning call to align on priorities, map out user goals, and dig into the specific workflows we are designing for. From there we get to work, sharing updates async on Slack and refining continuously until each feature earns its place in the product.
